Продемонстрирована ведущая роль системной воспалительной реакции в патогенезе ОПЛ при ишемии-реперфузии. Показано, что ОПЛ возникает как при непосредственной ишемии-реперфузии легких (трансплантация легких, искусственное кровообращение, остановка кровообращения), так и при ишемии-реперфузии других органов — кишечника, печени, нижних конечностей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review considers a role of ischemia-reperfusion in the pathogenesis of acute lung injury (ALI) and presents data on the experimental models of ischemia-reperfusion in the lung and its resistance to ischemia. It also demonstrated the leading role of systemic inflammatory reaction in the pathogenesis of ALI in ischemia-reperfusion. ALI is shown to occur in spontaneous ischemia-reperfusion of both the lung (lung transplantation, extracorporeal circulation) and other organs, such as the intestine, liver, and lower limbs.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">De Greef K.
