В исследование включили 5 недоношенных новорожденных. Средний гестационный возраст составил 30,2±2,3 нед., масса тела при рождении — 1422±604 г. В проведении искусственной вентиляции легких (ИВЛ) нуждались все недоношенные новорожденные, т. к. ведущим клиническим признаком была тяжелая дыхательная недостаточность. Учитывая гестационный возраст, проведение ИВЛ с рождения, всем новорожденным на 3—5 минутах жизни эндотрахеально введен сурфактант альвеофакт. Средняя доза препарата — 50 мг/кг.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Пилотное исследование показало эффективность альвеофакта. После введения альвеофакта в течение первых суток жизни происходит нормализация показателей газообменной функции легких. Введение альвеофакта позволяет проводить ИВЛ с параметрами, близкими к физиологическим.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of alveofact in neonatal infants with respiratory distress syndrome (RDS).</p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and methods</title><p> Subjects and methods. The trial enrolled 5 premature neonatal infants. Their mean gestational age was 30.2±2.3 weeks; the birth weight was 1422±604 g. All the premature neonates needed mechanical ventilation (MV) because the leading clinical sign was severe respiratory failure. The surfactant alveofact was injected endotracheally in all the neonates at 3—5 minutes of life, by taking into account their gestational age and birth MV. The mean dose of the agent was 50 mg/kg).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The pilot study indicated the efficacy of alveofact. There was normalization of lung gasexchange function parameters after alveofactinjection within the first 24 hours of life.
