Особое звено, которое задействовано при кровопотерях, это реология крови. Целью нашей работы было комплексное исследование реологических свойств крови при экспериментальной кровопотере различной степени тяжести: агрегируемости и деформируемости эритроцитов, вязкости плазмы, гематокрита.</p><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Моделировали кровопотерю разных стадий у наркотизированных животных. Реологические свойства крови изучали с помощью «Georgian technique», метода мембранной фильтрации, «капиллярного метода» и метода стандартного центрифугирования. Анализ данных проводили статистическими программами Оrigin 4.1. (Microcat.Software.Inc) и Microsoft Excel.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Агрегируемость эритроцитов достоверно увеличивалась по сравнению с контролем на 10, 25, 44%, деформируемость уменьшалась по сравнению с контролем на 12, 13 и 15% при первой, второй, третьей степени кровопотери, соответственно. Дельта вязкости была недостоверной (как в самих подгруппах — при различных степенях кровопотери, так и по сравнению с контролем), гематокрит при кровопотере в сравнении с контролем увеличивался недостоверно.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Для комплексной оценки степени кровопотери необходима минимальная совокупность гемореологических параметров — показатели агрегируемости и деформируемости эритроцитов, вязкости крови, гематокрита. Основой контроля реологических параметров массивной кровопотери являются особенности агрегации эритроцитов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Blood loss is a complex pathological process with the mechanism that has not been fully unstudied. Blood rheology is a particular link that is involved in blood losses. Objective: to perform a comprehensive study of blood rheological proper ties, such as erythrocyte aggregability, erythrocyte deformability, plasma viscosity, and packed cell volume, in different degrees of experimental blood loss. </p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Blood loss of different stages was simulated in anesthetized animals. The Georgian technique, membrane filtration, a capillary method, and a standard centrifugation method were used to study blood rheological properties. The data were analyzed applying the statistical programs Origin 4.1 (Microcat.Software.Inc) and Microsoft Excel. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In stages 1, 2, and 3 blood losses, erythrocyte aggregability was significantly increased by 10, 25, and 44% and erythrocyte deformability was decreased by 12, 13, and 15%, respectively, as compared to the controls. The delta viscosity was insignificant (both in the subgroups in different blood loss degreesversus the control group); the packed cell volume in blood loss was increased insignificantly as compared to the control.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Comprehensive assessment of the degree of blood loss requires a minimum set of blood rheological indices, such as erythrocyte aggregability and deformability, blood viscosity, and packed cell volume.
