Оценить лабораторные и клинические эффекты комбинированной внутривенной лазерной терапии у детей младшего возраста с термическими травмами в острый период ожоговой болезни.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Обследовали детей (n=40), средний возраст которых составил 2,67±0,35 года, термические поражения — 25,05±1,01% от общей площади поверхности тела, из них IIIа—IIIб степени — 19,04±0,85%. В группе сравнения (n=15) проводилась общепринятая терапия без учета и коррекции исходных и текущих гемостазиологических нарушений. В основной группе(n=25) помимо общепринятой терапии с 1х суток проводились: программируемая антикоагулянтная терапия и внутривенная лазерная терапия при различных частотах облучения аппаратом лазерной терапии «Мустанг 20002+» (патент на изобретение №2482894). Курс лазерной терапии составлял от 6 до 16 процедур. Оценивались и сравнивались следующие изучаемые параметры: число лейкоцитов, лейкоцитарный индекс интоксикации, уровень молекул средней массы в плазме больных при длине волны 254 нм, токсогенная зернистость нейтрофилов, сроки отхождения раневого экссудата, площади оперативной пластики и сроки госпитализации.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В сравнительном аспекте у пациентов основной группы показаны положительные лабораторные и клинические эффекты проводимой комбинированной внутривенной лазерной терапии в комплексном лечении ожоговой болезни у детей младшего возраста. Достоверное снижение уровня воспалительной реакции и эндогенной интоксикации приводило к более быстрому очищению ожоговых ран, активной эпителизации, сокращению объемов оперативной пластики.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Комбинированная внутривенная лазерная терапия у детей младшего возраста с термическими поражениями до 40% в острый период ожоговой болезни достоверно обладает противовоспалительными и детоксикационными эффектами. Купирование системной воспалительной реакции методом комбинированной внутривенной лазерной терапии инициирует ранние регенеративныепроцессы в ожоговой ране, способствует сокращению объемов оперативной пластики и сроков госпитализации, что оптимизирует терапию ожоговой болезни.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to evaluate the laboratory and clinical effects of combined intravenous laser therapy in young children with thermalinjuries in the acute period of burn disease.</p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and methods</title><p>Subjects and methods. Forty children whose mean age was 2.67±0.35 years were examined; thermal injuries accounted for 25.05±1.01% of the total body surface area; of them degrees IIIaIIIb was 19.04±0.85%. A comparison group (n=15) received conventional therapy without taking into account and correcting baseline and current hemostasiological disorders. On day 1, a study group (n=25) had programmed anticoagulant therapy and intravenous laser therapy at different radiation frequencies with a Mustang 20002+ laser therapy apparatus (patent for invention No. 2482894) in addition to the conventional therapy. The laser therapy cycle was 6 to 16 sessions. The investigators estimated and compared the following examined parameters: white blood cell count; leukocytic index of intoxication; plasma average mass molecules at a wavelength of 254 nm; toxogenic granularity of neutrophils; wound exudate discharge time; surgical plasty area; and hospitalization time.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The positive laboratory and clinical effects of the performed combined intravenous laser therapy in the combined therapy of burn disease in young children were comparatively shown in the study group patients. The significant decrease in the level of an inflammatory response and endogenous intoxication led to a rapider burn wound cleansing, active epithelization, and reduced surgical plasty volumes.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Combined intravenous laser therapy signif icantly exerts antiinflammatory and detoxifying effects in young children with 40% thermal injuries in the acute period of burn disease.
