Разработка схем мультимодальной анестезии с оценкой их эффективности при экс тренных торакальных оперативных вмешательствах различной травматичности. </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Обследовано 116 пациентов, поступивших в экстренном порядке в Республикан ский научный центр экстренной медицинской помощи (РНЦЭМП) с травматическими повреждениями грудной клетки, которых разделили на 3 группы в зависимости от метода анестезии. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования. Разработанные схемы периоперационной мультимодальной аналгезии при экстренных торакальных оперативных вмешательствах способствуют минимальному напряжению параме тров центральной и периферической гемодинамики, нормализации кислотно основного состояния, концен трации кортизола и глюкозы, выделительной функции почек, температурного градиента. Применение реги онарных методов — паравертебральной блокады (ПВБ) и интраплевральной аналгезии (ИПА) снижает потребление наркотических аналгетиков и сокращает время до экстубации трахеи. </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Применение регионарных методов анестезии в сочетании с общей анестезией способству ет «гладкому» течению интраоперационного периода. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to elaborate multimodal anesthetic regimens and to evaluate their efficiency during emergency thoracic surgeries for varying injuries. </p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and methods</title><p>Subjects and methods. A total of 116 patients emergently admitted to the Republican Research Center for Emergency Medical Care for chest traumatic injuries were examined and divided into 3 groups according to the mode of anesthesia. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Perioperative multimodal anesthetic regimens for emergency thoracic surgery, which involved all components of the pathogenesis of pain, were elaborated. </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
