Наблюдения выполнили у 50 пациентов с пароксизмальной фибрилляцией предсердий, поступивших на катетерное лечение аритмии. Вне приступа фибрилляции предсердий, при синусном ритме, с помощью прибора ВНС-Микро и компьютерной программы для определения уровня регуляторно-адаптивного статуса организма человека проводили пробу сердечно-дыхательного синхронизма. Проводили картирование зоны ранней деполяризации в правом предсердии при помощи циркулярный навигационный 20-ти полюсный LASSO NAV С помощью системы Carto-3 строили электроанатомическую изохронную модель правого предсердия на синусовом ритме. Применяли автоматический метод аннотации точек модуля CONFIDENCE. Устанавливали не менее 500 активационных точек в правом предсердии Данные наблюдений и расчетные величины при нормальном распределении обработали параметрическими методами статистики, с использованием программ: «STATISTICA 10,0».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установили, что у лиц с низкими регуляторно-адаптивными возможностями длительность анамнеза фибрилляции предсердий составила 5,8±0,7 лет, при хороших и удовлетворительных возможностях — 2,9±0,5 лет. Коэффициент корреляции между площадью зоны ранней деполяризации в правом предсердии и длительностью заболевания по Пирсону равен 0,92.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Длительность фибрилляции предсердий коррелирует с регуляторно-адаптивным статусом и площадью зоны ранней деполяризации в правом предсердии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose of the study</title><p>Purpose of the study: to evaluate hearing the vagus nerve’s rhythm in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Observations were carried out in 50 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation who were admitted for catheter-based treatment of arrhythmia. Cardiorespiratory synchronism test was carried out not in atrial fibrillation attack during sinus rhythm with the help of VNS-Micro instrument and software determining the regulatory adaptive status of the human body. The early depolarization zone in the right atrium was mapped using circulatory navigation 20-pole LASSO NAV. Carto-3 system was used to build an electro-anatomic isochronous model of sinus rhythm of the right atrium. The automatic method of annotation of CONFIDENCE module points was applied. At least 500 activation points in the right atrium were set. The observational data and computed values, subject to normal distribution, were processed by parametric statistic techniques using STATISTICA 10.0 software.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. It has been established that in subjects with low regulatory adaptive capabilities, the length of atrial fibrillation anamnesis amounted to 5.8±0.7 years, and in case of good and satisfactory capabilities — 2.9±0.5 years. The Pearson correlation coefficient between the area of early depolarization zone in the right atrium and disease duration was equal to 0.92.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
