Патогенетическое обоснование возможного использования препаратов группы сукцинатов при COVID-19 в условиях гипоксии на основе анализа экспериментальных и клинических исследований.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Проанализировали 84 зарубежных и отечественных литературных источника, касающихся патогенеза COVID-19 и патогенетической роли сукцинатов при гипоксии в условиях COVID-19, окислительного стресса и диафрагмальной дисфункции. Поиск литературы проводили по базам данным Pubmed, ELIBRARY.ru.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Как показал анализ литературы в основе патогенеза COVID-19 лежит гипоксия тканей, запускающая весь каскад патоморфологических событий, приводящих к развитию полиорганной недостаточности. В экспериментальных и клинических исследованиях отражен положительный эффект коррекции гипоксии тканей с использованием сукцинатов, как у взрослых пациентов, так и у детей при различном спектре патологии, сопряженной с синдромом острой дыхательной недостаточности.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Анализ литературных данных позволяет обосновать перспективу использования препаратов, содержащих сукцинат, в комплексной терапии тяжелых случаев течения COVID-19.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To provide a rationale for the feasibility of using the succinate-containing drugs to treat hypoxia associated with COVID-19 based on the analysis of experimental and clinical studies.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. 84 Russian and international literature sources concerning the pathogenesis of COVID-19 and the pathogenetic role of succinate in the management of COVID-19 associated hypoxia, oxidative stress and diaphragmatic dysfunction were analyzed. The literature search was performed using Pubmed and ELIBRARY.ru databases.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The literature analysis showed that tissue hypoxia, triggering the pathomorphological cascade of events and resulting in multiple organ failure is a central element of COVID-19 pathogenesis. Experimental and clinical studies show the positive impact of tissue hypoxia correction using succinate in both adult patients and children with various conditions associated with acute respiratory failure.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
