Материал и методы. Опыты проведены на 30 белых беспородных крысах-самцах массой 350—380 г. Закрытую травму груди моделировали воздействием на грудную клетку наркотизированных крыс цилиндрического металлического тела массой 300 г, падающего с высоты 30 см. Сроки наблюдения: 1 час, 3 часа, 6 часов, 24 часа. Результаты. Важной особенностью морфологических изменений легких в данной экспериментальной модели закрытой травмы груди являются признаки выраженного перивенулярного отека, который нехарактерен для ОРДС, вызванного другими причинами. Заключение. На основании экспериментального исследования выяснен характер морфологических изменений легких в ранние сроки после закрытой травмы груди. Ключевые слова: закрытая травма груди, отек легких.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: to study lung morphological changes in a closed chest injury model in laboratory animals. Material and methods. Experiments were carried out in 30 male albino nonbred rats weighing 350—380 g. Closed chest injury was simulated, by exposing the chest of anesthetized rats to a 300-g metal cylinder falling from a height of 30 cm. The observation periods were 1, 3, 6, and 24 hours. Results. The signs of evident perivenular edema that was uncharas-teristic to acute respiratory distress syndrome induced by other causes are an important peculiarity of lung morphological changes in this experimental model of closed chest injury. Conclusion. The experimental studies clarified the pattern of lung morphological changes in the early period after closed chest injury.
