Привели клинические наблюдения двух пациентов, которым проводили продленную ингаляционную седацию в отделении реанимации и интенсивной терапии. Данные клинические наблюдения показали отсутствие неблагоприятных эффектов для сердечно-сосудистой системы и обеспечение адекватного уровня седации при использовании продленной ингаляционной седации.

This report describes two clinical cases involving prolonged inhalation sedation using the AnaConDa device in the ICU. Both patients achieved and maintained adequate sedation levels throughout the treatment period. No significant adverse cardiovascular effects were observed.
