Провели проспективное рандомизированное исследование «Simulation-based СPR training among international medical students: perspectives for medical education (Симуляционное обучение сердечно-легочной реанимации (СЛР) иностранных студентов-медиков: перспективы медицинского образования)», в котором приняли участие студенты, обучающиеся на специалитете по специальности 31.05.01 Лечебное дело на английском языке. Провели рандомизацию участников (n=71) методом конвертов на 3 группы. В каждой группе студенты изучали методическое пособие на платформе Европейского совета по реанимации (ЕСР). В группе 1 (n=21) студенты не получали дополнительных обучающих материалов и практик. Студентам группы 2 (n=25) дополнительно предоставили ссылку на видео-урок по СЛР на канале ERC Youtube. В группе 3 (n=25) студенты дополнительно работали над созданием 3-х интеллект–карт: по анатомии и физиологии сердца, алгоритму СЛР. На 1-м этапе все участники прошли теоретическую подготовку. Второй этап был представлен симуляционным тренингом «Базовая сердечно-легочная реанимация и автоматическая наружная дефибрилляция». В конце курса проводили экзамен практического навыка выполнения непрерывных компрессий грудной клетки.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Большинство студентов прошли тестирование на платформе ЕСР с 1-й или 2-й попытки. Участники симуляционного курса демонстрировали высокую результативность обучения: между группами не выявили статистически значимых отличий по количеству выполняемых компрессий, их средней частоте. Постановку рук на центре грудной клетки выполняли практически все участники обучения. Эффективность декомпрессий в группах составляла 71–77% (р=0,811). Большинство студентов выполняли компрессии грудной клетки на необходимую глубину и с рекомендованной частотой (р=0,62).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Инициированный иностранными студентами образовательный проект имел положительные результаты: итоговое знание алгоритма проведения сердечно-легочной реанимации, приобретение технического навыка выполнения компрессий грудной клетки и искусственных вдохов, умение пользоваться автоматическим наружным дефибриллятором, навык командной работы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of this study was to assess acquired knowledge and practical skills in foreign medical students (FMS) after theoretical and practical training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. We conducted a prospective randomized trial «Simulation-based CPR training among international medical students: perspectives for medical education» envolving students undergoing training in the 31.05.01 specialty — General Medicine in English. Sealed envelope randomization was used to assign the participants (N=71) to 3 groups. European Resuscitation Council (ECR) educational Guidelines for Resuscitation was studied by students of all 3 groups. Group 1 (N=21) students did not receive additional training materials and practices. Group 2 (N=25) students were additionally provided with a link to a video lesson on CPR on the ECR Youtube channel. Students from Group 3 (N=25) were additionally involved in developing 3 mind maps: on the anatomy and physiology of the heart and CPR algorithm. All participants underwent theoretical training at the 1st stage, and «Basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillation (AED)» simulation training at the second stage. At the end of the course, students’ practical skill in performing continuous chest compressions were examined.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The majority of examinees passed the ECR platform test on the first or second attempt. The participants of the simulation course demonstrated high learning efficiency: there were no statistically significant differences between the groups in the number and average frequency of compressions performed. Almost all participants correctly performed hand placement in the center of the chest for chest compression. Decompression phase efficiency reached 71–77% (P=0.811) in all groups. The majority of examinees performed chest compressions to the required depth and with the recommended frequency (P=0.62).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
