Освещены характеристики респираторов и режимы, используемые при неинвазивной вентиляции легких. Проведен анализ исследований по применению неинвазивной вентиляции легких в лечении и профилактике респираторных повреждений после оперативных вмешательств. Изложены основные области хирургии, при которых используется неинвазивная вентиляция, критерии и методы профилактического применения, показания и эффективность неинвазивной вентиляции при возникновении послеоперационных легочных повреждений. Ключевые слова: неинва-зивная вентиляция, респираторная поддержка, послеоперационное респираторное повреждение.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents a review of literature on the mechanisms responsible for the development of encephalopathy, such as hemo-dynamic disorders, endothelial damage, apoptosis, and antiapoptosis, in severe concomitant injury without a preponderance of severe brain injury (BI). The proposed markers of the severity of brain damage may be used as components of complex diagnosis of posttraumatic encephalopathy.
