В клинической практике необходим постоянный мониторинг содержания внесосудистой воды легких и индекса проницаемости легочных сосудов для своевременного выявления и лечения отека легких. В данном обзоре литературы рассматриваются тонкие механизмы обмена внесосудистой воды легких в условиях здорового организма и при различных вариантах отека легких (острое повреждение легких, пневмонии, сепсис, послеоперационный период, ожоги, травмы и др.), а также наиболее доступные в настоящее время методы (лучевые и дилюционные), позволяющие осуществлять оценку содержания внесосу-дистой воды легких и индекса проницаемости легочных сосудов в клинической практике. Ключевые слова: отек легких, острое повреждение легких, внесосудистая вода легких, индекс проницаемости легочных сосудов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pulmonary edema remains a topical problem of modern reanimatology. In clinical practice, there is a need for continuous monitoring of the content of extravascular water in the lung and the pulmonary vascular permeability index for the timely detection and treatment of pulmonary edema. This literature review considers the minor mechanisms of pulmonary extravas-cular water exchange in health and in different types of pulmonary edema (acute lung injury, pneumonia, sepsis, postoperative period, burns, injuries etc.), as well as the most accessible current (irradiation and dilution) studies permitting an estimate of the level of pulmonary extravascular water and the pulmonary vascular permeability index in clinical practice.
