Молекулярные биомаркеры прогнозирования неврологического исхода после внезапной остановки кровообращения (обзор)

Аннотация

Цель обзора 81-й публикации является обсуждение современной отечественной и зарубежной доказательной базы по прогнозированию неврологических исходов после ВОК с использованием молекулярных биомаркеров. В обзоре рассмотрели современное состояние проблемы неврологических исходов после внезапной остановки кровообращения, принципиальные лечебные мероприятия, позволяющие улучшить данные исходы и существующие в настоящее время методы диагностики и прогнозирования неврологических исходов после внезапной остановки кровообращения: клинические, лабораторные и инструментальные. Подробно обсуждена доказательная база возможности использования молекулярных биомаркеров в постреанимационном периоде.
