Варианты поперечно-плоскостной блокады и блокады квадратной мышцы (обзор)

Аннотация

Эффективная реализация концепции fast track (быстрая активизация пациента) после хирургического лечения невозможна без контроля над болью в раннем послеоперационном периоде. Использование регионарных методов как компонента мультимодальной терапии боли позволяет существенно улучшить качество послеоперационного обезболивания и ускорить активизацию пациента. Внедрение ультразвуковой навигации при применении блокад периферических нервов существенно повысило эффективность и безопасность последних. Тем не менее, каждый метод регионарного обезболивания имеет свои показания, противопоказания и осложнения. Цель данного обзора — помочь с выбором типа блокады передней брюшной стенки в зависимости от выполненного оперативного вмешательства.
