Аннотация
Освещены современные представления о механизмах нейропротекции, показаниях к клиническому применению, противопоказаниях, возможных осложнениях, а также будущих направлениях применения терапевтической гипотермии в реаниматологии. Ключевые слова: терапевтическая гипотермия, ишемически-реперфузионное повреждение, критические состояния.
