Апоптоз при критических состояниях

Аннотация

Апоптоз — вариант программируемой гибели клетки. Данный термин ввел Керр (Kerr) и соавт. в 1972 г., но информация о важной роли апоптоза отдельных клеток при критических состояниях появилась лишь в последние годы. В обзоре литературы рассмотрены основные механизмы индукции, развития и регуляции апоптоза. На основе современных данных литературы проанализирована роль апоптоза в патогенезе различных критических состояний: острого повреждения легких (нейтрофиль-ная и эпителиальная гипотезы), сепсиса, инфаркта миокарда и ишемического инсульта (апоптоз при ишемии-реперфузии), острой почечной недостаточности (апоптоз клеток тубулярного эпителия), дисфункции печени при сепсисе, миопатий при критических состояниях. Приведены данные исследований о влиянии ингаляционных и неингаляционных анестетиков на апоптоз нейронов головного мозга и лимфоцитов. В обзоре литературы приводятся варианты терапевтического модулирования апоптоза при помощи фармакологических методов.
